Joyful Drop Off

When our children have either been on a break and are returning to care or school, or have never gone before, we can BOTH feel overwhelmed by all the ‘what ifs’.

If you have a child 18 months to 7 years old who is returning to, or starting to care away from you, this FREE list will support both of you.

It is not about what backpack or runners are best, but instead, it is a checklist for you to go through the bottom-up strategies (supporting their regulations) and top-down strategies (supporting them emotionally) to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

Our goal isn’t no crying or strong feelings about the separation (those just mean you are doing an amazing job and have a securely attached child), but ensuring they have effective coping strategies for when those things occur!

“I may have been more nervous than my child for preschool, but now I confidently know what I need to cover so she’s ready.”
